I enjoyed my stay at Lock And Key Boutique Hotel. The stylish decor and friendly staff made the trip memorable. As an outdoor enthusiast, the hotel's location near attractions was great. Minor issues included some noise outside that occasionally interrupted my rest, but overall, a nice experience.

My stay was awesome with a smooth check-in and incredibly friendly staff. It's just a few steps from the beautiful Royal Albert Dock and only a short walk to The Beatles Story, making it perfect for a weekend city stroll.

the hotel is in a amazin location near shops, bars, n restaurants. staff were super friendly n welcoming. The room was nicely decorated. enjoyed the complimentary tea n coffee brought to the room. really comfy bed with nice decor, perfect for a night out in liverpool.

the tv didn't work n the room was really hot even with air con on full blast. also had some issues with the check-out time being unclear.

Request a room with a modern shower for a refreshing experience, especially if you prefer a spacious bathroom setup.

Had a proper feast at Salt House Tapas – their patatas bravas are something else! Can't go wrong with breakfast at Hanover Street Social, full of choice. Plus, loved the spacious double room – perfect for unwinding after a mad night out.

Had a fab time here! The staff were super friendly and helped carry our bags. Breakfast was delish, with good options to start the day. The room was clean and comfy. Just a little annoying that the door handle was wobbly, and closing it was kinda loud. But overall, loved the vibe of the place.

We had a really nice stay. The room was super clean and comfy! Staff were lovely and helpful, especially Luke who went the extra mile for us. Breakfast was delish and hit the spot. Only thing was, the bathroom style wasn’t my fave, but it was alright. Can't wait to come back!

While the location was great for easy access to shops and restaurants, overall, the experience didn't meet expectations.
